If you need to return your goods for exchange or refund, please refer to the following Terms and Conditions.
You can return goods to us within 14 days of receipt. They must be in exactly the condition they left us. That is; unworn, unmarked, odour-free and with their original labels still attached. When you try on the garments please take care with jewellery not to catch or rip the garments, and not to get make-up or perfume on them.
We will be UNABLE to exchange or refund if we cannot re-sell due to any sign of wear, soiling or damage.
